The Hell Worm (in-game name Helvetinmato) is a very large worm (about twice the size of the Giant Worm), attacking by digging through the ground and ramming the player.
Unlike other worms, the Hell Worm bleeds Lava instead of Worm Blood, making fighting it more dangerous.
