The Wand Refresh spell is a Utility Spell that can be used to force a wand to enter the recharging state when it is cast, ensuring that any spells after it in the wand are effectively ignored. This can be used (in non-shuffle wands) to partition off certain spells from the rest, effectively creating storage space in part of a wand that does not affect the actual casts. However, note that casting Wand Refresh does cost 30 mana, so this utility comes at a price.

Tips
- Wand Refresh is immensely important and very powerful when used correctly, as it boasts a massive -0.42 recharge time and can be used to ignore large cast delays from powerful spells if used alongside multicasts.
- If you use any multicast-type spell, a spell with charges, and wand refresh, you can use any spell infinitely.
