A flying sheep or buzzing sheep is one of three results of drinking or being stained with a Polymorphine Flask and one of many more from a Chaotic Polymorphine Flask. You cannot attack when transformed into a sheep fly. Their wingless counterpart may be seen on the island frolicking or being chased by the wolf.
Transforming into this is very useful to reach certain areas, mainly the Floating Island.
